1800 209 3456I would like to complain against Neo Nissan Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. We bought a Nissan Sunny XV CVT petrol car UP16 BK4454 from them in December 2016 and after sometime later down the line we purchased the Nissan Extended Warrenty for the car from them. A certificate cum Invoice was provided for that on 19 Jun 2018 which said that our car will be covered under warranty upto 5 years from purchase i.e. till December 2021 or 100000Kms which ever comes early.Photo of it is attached. Now back in September 2019 we had a general service of our car and that time we had some issues with AC cooling so few ac parts were replaced without any cost to us under extended warranty. Invoice of that is attached. Recently we got our periodic service done on 11th September 2020. Car was given to us after the service and was just standing in our parking, since we can't go out much looking current times. 12 to 14 days later I started my car to charge my car battery since car was just standing in parking and I found the AC was not cooling, so I drove my car here and there to check if it works on moving car but it didn't. So I complained this to Neo Nissan on 25th September that AC is not cooling after the service and before the service it was fine, I didn't have any issues with AC cooling. So my car was picked 2 days later on Monday 28th and was assigned to same service advisor Raghav who got my car serviced on 11th, he got it checked and told my that my AC condenser has got leak, so I said my car didn't had this issue before service he said it's damaged and needs replacement. I was highly desatisfied for the handling of my car during the service, I informed him that my car is under extended warranty and it should cover it. He said he will check and get back to me. Next day he called me and said approval for the part replacement got reject cause my third initial service was done late on December 2018. I told him that last year in September 2019 few AC parts were replaced under warranty so same case applied then also and since then every service was done on time so how come he is saying this, also this was not mentioned anywhere in certificate cum invoice. He said he will cross-check and get back to me. Sometime after he called me back and said the AC parts which were replaced were cheap so got replaced but their team is not ready to replace AC condenser. So I said how can they say this that a part of lesser price can be replaced and since AC condenser is expensive so they will not replace it and giving excuse of late service done in December 2018 which is illogical. So he changed his words and said no the AC parts were replaced by dealer I said no I've the invoice which clearly says the parts were replaced under extended warranty. Then he said he will pass this case to his service advisor I said ok. After some time their service advisor Ranjit called and said the same thing that since third service was done late so part replacement cannot be approved. I told him the same thing and said I can not accept this that since AC condenser is costly they are not approving it. I said will escalate this case so he asked for some time and said will call back. Today Ranjit called back and said the same thing I said they are giving illogical excuses that third service was late so now they can't replace the part. I said then how they replaced it last year, same situation applies for that time also so he said it was done under especial approval, I said it's a cheating, even if I go by his word that they gave the especial approval last time then it means that they have given the approval for part replacement overlooking that service issue which he has telling then how come they go back from this cause from then no service timeline has been missed. I also said that this is illogical my part was damaged by them during service and no service was missed since last time part was replaced under warranty, my car has not been driven even 100km and moreover this service condition is not mentioned in certificate I was given than how can they say this. He said he can't help with it and said if I claim it under my insurance then he can help replacing it. I denied and said why I take insurance for their fault and my car is under warranty till December 2021 they have to replace the part so they denide and I'm complaining this. This is a shear case of cheating.
