I had done my payment but i still unable to receive my headphones and there is no tracking number i have screenshot to my payment i am sharing a screenshot

Dear Sir, I had registered a complaint on May 28 2020 stating my phone is heating up and charge is draining out quickly. At this time I had a battery protection plan and my warranty was also in place as it was extende from May 03, 2020 due to the COVID-19 situation. My phone was picked up by Blue Dart courier on 29th May 2020 and delivered to their Hyderabad service centre (Servify) on May 30, 2020. However, it took two weeks from the time they received my phone till I received it back in Chennai. I had to pay ?708/- as processing fee for the insurance. Soon after I received my phone on June 12, 2020 I noticed that my phone had the same problem of getting heated and battery draining. I immediately called and shared the feedback with the service centre but till date they have been ignoring my feedback. They had sent me an online link to write my feedback and I gave my negative feedback. An executive called back in response to the feedback and I narrated the entire happening and insisted that the battery has not been changed. In return he asked if I took a picture of the battery before dispatching the same. I told him that I did though I did not. He was supposed to get back after speaking to the service centre but in vain. Till date I do not have a solution for my problem and due to the restrictions in place in Chennai, I have not been able to visit their local service centre. I see that the service centre is very complacent and are not responding because they have only trouble shooted without replacing my battery.
