I have placed an order for 4 products and have received none. Instead have received some pathetic product and now Customer service is nkt reachable. This site is basically used by cheaters for cheating customers. They don't respond back to any of your queries and don't deliver the right product as well.
I have purchased items worth INR 2919 on July 19th, 2021. I did not read their T&Cs closely but in bold it was written COD available and Easy Returns.
Anyway, once I have received the order I did not like the material. They agreed to take it back and I had to pay the shipping charges of 75 INR. I expected them to return the money to the source but now they tell me they won't do that. they will only put it back in Verido's wallet. I do not want to buy from them buy this is their policy. which is so different than other online sites!
I personally feel like they have taken advantage of the fact/ cheated knowing that we do not check the T&Cs and as a customer, I am used to the prevalent facilities at most online sites which include the return of money to the source.
