Complaint logged with Electrolux for washing machine repair was mishandle further complicating the issue and there is no response from company official even after repeatedly raising the issue- engineer who had attended to call was Mr Mohd - 9819496641. Please help me to address the issue

we had a call from teleone/divyarishi for health complains and they have supplied ortho tablets and musli active on telephonic consultation for digestive problems.
they even dont understant what is use of this tablets. on contacting their customer care , they said that they have send it by mistake and will exchange it.
But problem is not of exchange , but problem is you are giving wrong medicines.if some events happens, who is responsible.
so, no one should by medicine from them, dont trust them and they will call u repeatedly.
its big fraud. They will not refund ur money for their mistake, they are playing with health of people.
soon they will receive letter from CPA.

I had ordered some items online. The shopkeeper has dispatched the item through DTDC no C03748529. I received a call from the courier service two days back but the item is not yet delivered. On tracking at DTDC website,there is a message that it is delivered. I have not received items for which I have made payment. The items are also very specific. So hope this issue is resolved soon.
