I didnt got my orders

Orfered a lehanga and they sent a horrible and the most substandard second hand cut saree piece.the modus operandi being sending wrong items and then collecting card and bank details for doing some fraud and the target audiance being house wives and young girls who do mot know such comercial issues and what to share and what not to share

i was traveling on date 05-10-19 In Ajmer daddar express (12990) to vadodara at midnight around 12:05am My bag was stolen between station pindwara to abu road i have lost 30,000 case,clothes in my bag and i was also complaint on same time to railway police when this incident happened to me but till date railway police not taken any action against my complaint what railway police doing why can't he catch them thieves??? i want answer and take quick necessary action against my complaint.

This is Anshul Shrivastava here, I have made payment of rupees 3006.00 for new connection on 18/03/2020.
As per the concerned person it will take maximum three working days to get it fix and today is the fifth day I haven’t received a single call from the company.
And if ill cheek with company representor, He is saying that I will get a call from company from the beginning.
