I have ordered 2 products and amount was debited from my account but till now there is no updates on delivery, I have the details like amount transaction so i will file the complaint once it will create big level issue then only it will be perfectly deliver.
I had ordered an ocean blue coloured saree after seeing an advertisement by Nallur Saree, B1, Opp Mangaldeep Hall, Rangavdut Society, Matawadi L H Road,Surat-395006, Gujarat India.Order No: 8199 The product I received via E kart courier ny paying cash on delivery was a cheap totally different saree. The no they had provided on the bill is not reachable. I came to know later that many people have been cheated in a similar manner.I am not even sure if the address given by the sellers is real or fake. Please look into the matter and take necessary steps .

I have order the product from antgirlcollection.com website,which was posted in the FACEBOOK page as an add.
My order was 340 rs and the order was placed on 10th Jan 2020 using Razorpay payment gateway.
Somewhere I feel all these guys are interlinked and to cheat ppl.

They are not taking our complain seriously.
We have made complain to them last month about our device creating same problem second time and we want device to get changed.
They are bluffing us about they will replace our device in a week but no one shown up till now.
We request you to please take it seriously.

But the seller has not shipped the product or give the refund till date.
I tried ti contact them but most of the time their phone +919646203040 is switched off or not responding.
There is no proper response in email also.

I had ordered clothes from antgirlcollection.com worth RS 2500 on 8th Jan. There was no COD so i had done the payment through my debit card. Today when i called the customer care, their employee wanted me to forward a message meant for google pay to a unknown no, when i questioned the reason he abused me and hung up. It seem like they still wanted to commit another fraud by hacking my google pay.
Pls make sure these frauds are caught and action is taken against them.
