I have been calling the customer care from past one week none is responding. I need to downgrade my current plan from "ACT Rapid Plus" to "ACT Swift". Kindly please help.
I made the payment for a new connection, while making the payment they promised us that router will be installed within 3 working days. I made the payment on 19th May 2020. But till now I did not receive any response from the team. Even there is no answer for any of my calls and messages.
To whom it may concern.
Firstly, I registered through ACT Fibrenet app wherein it showed that the services are feasible at my location so I went ahead and did the payment of 2,229.00 through PayTm. Next I get a call from their sales executive that the services are not feasible at the location and this is an app bug.
Secondly, I have tried calling their customer care multiple times to request for a refund but the call is always on waiting with atleast queue of 15 and when it reaches to 1, the call gets disconnected on its own. I had to call the sales executive to ask for the refund and its been more than two week and i don't even have the status for that.
Now, finally when i was able to connect to the customer care they say that they don’t have my profile created in their system and hence there is no refund pending at their end. I feel cheated and dissatisfied with such service.
Please help me and let me know if anything else is required from my end. I have proof for payment as well which is attached.
