My name is Shylaja. My husband applied for online loan with a company named Aditya Birla Capital Pvt LTD. We got a call and that person asked for ID proofs address proof etc through WhatsApp. We also provided the proofs, photos etc and applied for 30k loan. We were asked to pay various advance payments such as processing fee, GST fee, security deposit, bank charges, late payment fee total of 48,000rs. When we paid one amount, that agent asked for next amount assuring that the loan will be sanctioned. Trusting his words and to get the loan + paid amount we paid next payment through Google pay. Finally they again asked to pay 18500 and that's when we realized that we're being fooled. We asked for refund and that agent said only if we pay 18500 we will get the refund also. When we checked bank statement it shows DUMMY NAME and I was shattered. When I approached my bank CUB, the Manager told to contact SBI and give that agent's ac number and file a complaint. Please help me to get my hard earned money which I saved little by little for my children. I am chandan Kumar . I applied for a loan amount of 50000 then Nitin Kumar the caller from company called me and said you have to pay 2500 processing fee ,I paid it ,then your loan will be credited in your account bt it didn't get credited and again a message came saying u have to pay an insurance fee of 7500 I hesitated bt somehow I managed it from somewhere and I again paid it but still my loan amount not credited. Then again they message d me saying u have to pay 10500 more as gst fee then the loan will be credited then I told them please refund my amount which I sent u via NEFT then they said u will have to wait for 45 days and they cut the call and after that when I called they did not replied ....
