As per the company policy they should do service within 3 - 4 working days and if that not possible they will do replace.
Both has not happened yet Now.
I raised a complaint on Feb 1st week and technician came on 15th and told the refrigerator will be replace with in 3 days and now no response from the company and they are not responding to my call also.
