I recharge my number8171253111 via airtel thanks app my money debited by rupees 479on 24may22 tranfar to Bharti Airtel via Airtel UPI but recharge not done please refund my money
May 16 reacharge to 176.39 and may 20 recharge to 166.39 & may 26 reacharge 156.38
But debited to you account but not to the recharge
Amount of Rs. 1799 was debited via transaction id 212108194019 & bhartiairtel.rzp@sbi for the recharge of my mobile No. 9767668566 from my bank account at 07.06 AM but recharge was not completed and no response received from airtel company. After waiting 4 hours contacted to customer care they directed to recharge again and said no transaction details are available with them. I did recharge again at 11.36 am on the same day which was successful. As there is duplication of recharge company must refund my amount immediately.
No response from the company side. I recharged my mobile phone twice. If the site is like this. Customers will suffer a lot, during emergency situation.
For the Airtel number 9849211146. I recharged two times. My amount was not refundable, till date it was not credited in my account.
I have recharged our Airtel Movie No.9959574234 on 24.06.2021, for an amount of Rs.399. The amount debited to my SBI Acc, but recharge was failed. Kindly refund the debited amount. Thank you

Its more than 48hrs now but no engineer from airtel has come for the connection.

I have used airtel network service from past 5years but now a days there was signal issues like suddenly fall down from 4g to 2g signals and some times they shows full signals but the internet was not working properly and at the same time during call signals will be lost signals weakness.

BSNL Sum 9466478225 was ported to Airtel. Now it has been cracked and not working. I want to get new sim card in liue of old sim card. I have Aadhar card and senior citizen identity card with me . 3 days ago my phone data is not working, customer care call But those who did say that if you can't use your data till September 17 then I have to wait for 1 month Your phone is bad you have to buy new Sim Very bad Airtel company and very poor service

My Internet Connection was non operational due to reasons known to the company for almost one month. After receiving bil, I made an representation. It is matter of deep regret that intially they were not responding. I made a complain on 121, after follow up I got an reply from the company asking me to pay Rs2237.84p reducing my bill by Rs590/. Four days ago , I got a reminder to pay Rs295/ again, I raised this issue with company but the company is, so careless that they have gone through their own letter dated 05.08.2020,telling that their demand is valid.It is very surprising that 198 is not all functioning.
I request the company authorities that they should check their own letters before raising any demand and harassing Senior Citizen like me.Hope to get your positive response.

I have done online recharge of Rs 45.00 on mobile # 9005897831 on 09 Aug 2020 (Sunday).Recharge was successful on 9005897831, Trans ID 200809992087.Now my out going facilities have been stopped due to zero balance . Further I state that after recharge of mobile #9005897831 I have not done even a single call .

On 7 August 2020 I had done a recharge to extend and continue my sim validity but my rest balance has been deducted so kindly return my balance
I am facing severe network issues with Airtel, all of my schedule including my personal and professional is adversely affected by this. Even after repeated complaints I have not received any solution or even response so far. I need immediate action for the same or else I have to change my service provider, as I will be left with no more options.
Hi team my frustration level has been crossed the limit due to unethical behaviour of your support team. As non of your team like help and support, social media,email team, verification team lot more not able to understand the current situation and needs of the customer like me I am using this mobile since 10 years now with Airtel network in between recently I have converted from post paid to prepaid.. As there was already wifi available with me from Airtel only. But in mean time I requested to cancellation of my post paid and I will be continuing to prepaid only and this was my biggest mistake or I have no words to give proper name for this. However lots of here and there connection has be converted to prepaid. As you all know we all are working work from home so eventually I moved to my native location with sudden plan and the truth and dare has been started with me by this Airtel team. After just poping up regular basis via different channel the resolution I got as nothing. Only one request I have mentioned in last as I m working from native so wanted to switch it to post paid as not able to make use of wifi which is already available in working city location. Here are the few details below. Now end of this saddest story is after paying for prepaid, dth wifi being customer since 10 years on this number can't I expect one request to changing prepaid to postpaid as an happy customer who never changed his address in this two month duration staying at same address same number same broadband connection with same building. Just one small request and can go with happy flow. Not able to decide should I continue using this prepaid wifi dth and paying for all this getting such unethical behaviour so shall I stop all this and contact local vendor. Please suggest. Pfa...

Called customer care regarding poor network connectivity. The person of the other side was using abusing dirty words which was not bearable. That person should be punished.
I am a customer of airtel since last ten years. If I am getting this type of service and insult this is very painful for me.
