I have seen many complaints against akaya Kharghar.
It was my mistake not seen before ordering.
Story is same sales guys don’t pick calls.
Yesterday they committed delivery since then mobile is switched off.

They should be booked for fraud cases.
Does this forum have any such provisions.

I ordered a dining set from here, and its been more than 25 days and yet didn't get ut delivered while i was committed for 8-10 days. When tried to contact the sales person, i wasn't replied well and inspite of daily follow up i still didn't get ny product delivery. This is my worst experience of purchasing anything. Gulham named salesman is very rude and disrespectful, he don't respond you back and gives excuses when asked for the delay. They already took 10k advance from me and still act as if they aren't at fault. They don't have any guilt atall. Dont value their customers. Very very bad service. Please dont buy anything from here, there are many shops around can check there, but never ever go to this shop.

Akaya furniture got 3 shops in sector 12 Kharghar, just beware of buying any product without having everything in writing what they are committing verbally. They will pitch you best product, with good foam, fabric and material, however, there is no authenticity or bill or warranty card. Make sure you take the quotation on their letterhead, they don't have any details on their letterhead, once you have made the payment, that letterhead with no contact info, no GST/TIN will be considered your bill. And after asking for the bill you will be asked an extra 18% GST, which was never discussed or told. Forcing to make payment in cash etc. Salespeople don't answer calls after receiving the order. NO REFUND, NO Customer Service, Poor handling of furniture once payment is made, Staff is having goon like people. they don't know customer service or how to deal with customers.
Hope I could have collected enough evidence to complain in the right forum, however, I got caught in their trap.

Purchased new sofa from akaya furniture shop sector 12 kharghar. Within 7 days the legs broke down of the sofa when we had guests at hone. Highly embarassing for us. Now other 2 seater also weak in legs. Asked them to replace sofa . they refused. Said we will repair legs every time. Pathetic shop and pathetic experience.

We have purchased one new Bed from Akaya furniture. Shop no 25/26,chsl sector-12 nr. Garam masala hotel kharghar navi Mumbai 410210 mob : +917900169007 The product which have selected & the one which is delivered at one which is delivered at our home is completely different Next days in the morning I had called the owner and asked him for refund and collect the bed from my home He was ready to refund only half amount which is unacceptable We request to you to look into this matter & give the best solution

Dont go this, dont buy, they are fraud ,

AKAYA is fraud, dont buy anything from them,
