I was bought the Bluetooth earphone and they defected amd i request to replace my order.
The request is accepted and pick up date is 13 August 2020. But no one is come to pick up my order and toda is 14 August 2020.
I order a kitchen exhaust fan..5 August delivery it.but this item damage.6 August I return this.and 13 August is last date of refund.but I don't receive my payment.all show your refund has bees issued.
My delivery not came in my particular address.
Delivery boy said I can't came in your address whereas delivery charge applied in my order.

As per protection of Human rights act 1993 i would say you to Close that Amazon Seller Azhari Collection Account and take Nacessary and Stern Action Against The Azhari Collection in copy reight act and FOOD STUFF ACT
I have ordered (Order ID 402-7454319-8433141: 1 of Generic Home Gym Combo, 20Kg [ASIN: B016OJ4ATW]) last 3rd Nov 2019 and this is shown in tracker delivered 19 nov 2019, I have raise the issue on customer service of Amazon they Assure me it's delivered between 21 Nov to 25 Nov but not delivered then I have asked for my refund but they are showing me company policies and taking 4 working days time but they have not refunded today is 11 Jan 2020 but I have not recieved my money still I'm only following about this concern.

We have bought Samsung M30 phone from Amazon India. As soon as we received it, we understood that it is older version hence we did not open the pack and keep it in original condition itself.
We requested Amazon via email as well as phone call that please take the phone back and give us Samsung M30S instead. We are ready to pay difference and courier charges. However, customer care is not giving adequate response to us and informing us that they will not take it back. We are stuck with this phone and there is no one to help us here.
I bought original adidas shoes from Amazon having a warranty of 3 months but after a month when i wanted to claim it, adidas told me that Amazon is not a authorised seller of adidas so i contacted amazon. I am Parul Dixit, resident of Bangalore.
This is regarding my Amazon order: 406-4173080-8922729, placed on 4th October 2019 for 4 Nilkamal plastic storage boxes worth rupees 3407.38 , with prepaid delivery.
On 17th October I got only one box delivered and that was in broken condition, I asked to the delivery person about my rest of three boxes, he said that it would be arrived by the evening of 17 Oct, than I got the false message that all the items have been delivered.
I have raised the complaint regarding the broken one and the 3 missing ones with in half an hour and sent mail to the Amazon customer service with attached pictures. I got mail communication regarding my complaint registeted from Amazon Customer Service team stating that my matter is under investigation.
Since 17 October I am calling and sending mails about my order and missing items to Amazon Customer Service, neighter I am getting my items which I have ordered and paid for nor any satisfactory reply or solution from Amazon side.
Amazon Customer Service asked me to wait for 5 more days on 17 Oct, I am not getting anything back ever after that duration over. And today 23 Oct when I called to Amazon Customer Service regarding my missing boxes, I have been told to wait again for 3 more days, it seems like never ending process.
Horrible shopping experience with pathetic customer service.
It's a mental and financial harassment for me as I am calling, doing mail communication since l17 October and not getting any respinsible satisfactory answer from Amazon Customer Service, I am feeling cheated badly.
Now I want all my money back.
Kindly look into this matter, raise a case against them and help me to get my money back.

I will purchased a arctuc mini cooler on amazone at the date 13/10/2019 , but afterwords on 14/10/2019 i will cancel that order of rs499/- but the refund not done. The customer care exucative told me refund will get in your account within 2-3 business days.
After that I can placed 2nd order of rs188/- & pay online via debut card , the cash was debited by my bank account but yet order confermation mail is nit received me. The amozone can send the mail of inconvienance about blocking my account , *that means my amzone account will be blocked without my refund & delivered order.....
I had ordered for a earphone worth 899/-.On 29th I got a message that it will be delivered today. But I dint get any call from delivery person and suddenly I got a message in the evening that order has been delivered. I checked with my PG owner nothing had come and also the same day I contacted delivery person and he told me that he couldn't come for delivery so he is sending some another person. I complained to customer care also. They told me that they will check and let me know but there was no any response then I complained again after which they told me that they will investigate on the same and get back to me after 6 days. Now they are telling that the item is delivered and they cannot do anything about it

It's been 1month they have kept my account on hold n if I'm telling that I need invoice for exchange of my headphones order they r declining to send invoice it's very disappointing I'm calling customer service for so long n giving same information one n again
I had ordered for a 6 set caserol set from Amazon.in on the 9th of September, which was delivered to me on the 10th of September. When I opened the pack it was noticed that instead of six pieces there was only one piece. I called the toll free number and enquired about the same and the agent who answered the call said she will be getting back to me the same day but she did not. I then escalated this to social media. I got mail from the team asking for the details which was provided to them. After that I get a reply only when I write to them. Also the reply that I get is all standard reply without any TAT and resolution. I was promised that someone from the social media team will be calling me but no one called. I am writing this to you hoping to get a resolution. This is not the way a company should treat their customers. They should at least respect the time and and the hard earned money of the customers. They cannot fool the customers like this.

On 10th auguest 2019 , I got a message from amazon that item has been delivered but i didn't receive any item.
I called customer care regarding this but they are not initiating my refund. They said that they would intiate amount rs 677 but till now they have not done anything..
