I have ordered ladies kurti on January 1st 2020 but still not received. When I call that number they said we not received any payment in my side but payment already deduct from my account now they said payment is rejected and i not refund my money and not any messages from that company for rejection of payment
I have odered a product from their website on December 23rd, 2019 (order no: 15687). I have not received the product till date and not able to contact them or track the order details.amount Rs 345 has been deducted from my account through net banking.

Bought 2 dresses after checking their advertisement on Instagram and when tried to cancel one order, cannot do it and the second order hasn't been received yet.. Need my refund of 790 rupees.. Someone please look into this and book these rogues under cyber crime..
My order no 30843 submitted on 29th December till now not received payment done for RS 1220. Now site also not working. Tried number it is switched off. Sent mails no response
