Dear sir/madam,

Myself Paul owning a audi a3 which bearing a registration number TN.72.BY.2345.
On 17th september i have left my vehicle for regular maintenance service in madurai Audi service center, Based on service advisor request i have approved the work to be done in my vehicle, among that i have particularly mentioned about the wheel alignment issue in which i was not satisfactory during the last service and it was promised by the service advisor that it will be completely rectified during the next visit.

Still after this recent service it's not rectified yet, i am not happy about the issue,it's still the same,i haven't signed the customer feedback form yet and replied to the link for the service feedback survey on 26.09.2020.still i didn't get any positive feedback from your side.

This is the four visti i have done in audi madurai, all the four times i was not happy about the service level, the service advisor is not showing interest to complete the work perfectly ,rather he is more concern only about the bills and the final feedback form. Each and every time they want 100% satisfied result from the customer only in their feedback form which is really shamefull.

I was a very biggest fan of audi vehicles, but unfortunately due to such bad experiences from the madurai service center i am afraid to be in part of audi and i won't recommend to any of my known people too.


Buying a vehicle for a customer like me is a big deal nowadays, specially buying a premium segment vehicle and bearing a huge expenses in maintenance and care is really a very big task, though i did it because of the passion i had to own and drive your brand vehicle. But due to the bad experiences i had in your authorised service center all time , i have change my mind to switch over from audi.

No wonder your service center is providing a bad service support because, Its been almost a week i have done my feedback survey online,still i haven't got any sort of response from your side,this proves even audi is not responsible enough for their customers. its fine, but this time i won't leave this issue as usual, will take it to the level where it can be sorted and cleared.
