I have purchased fastag from axis bank and same has been used while traveling from ahmedabad to Vadodara. While entering into the fastag lane the fastag show "insufficient balance" and because of that i had been paid double toll as per government notification. At that time in my fastag wallet has INR425 during passing through toll plaza but still it was shown insufficient balance. Same i have complained to Axis bank bank by customer care, mail n consumer forum no:2074593. But non of them replied answer properly in fact consumer forum ticket still showing in process since 26 day. Pl help to get my access amount and harassment cost from axis bank
I withdraw near about amount of Rs.60000 before three years, I paid more then amount of Rs.125000 however they are demanding out standing amount as Rs.131669.31. They are debiting over charges of interest, Auto debit instruction rejection, gst, penalty etc. Now i am going to proceed legal action against them also. They also making mental harassment on phone & personally also.
