I ordered home kitchen choper on 25 June 2022.I paid amount Rs349/- through BHIM App.till date iam not receive any call and message and mail from Balaji fab.
So kindly send product or refund mony.
I had ordered an airbuds at balaji fab and I had also paid. But still now there is no information about the order .so you please consider my complaint.

Balajifab has requested money from you on your BHIM app. On approving the request, INR 349.00 will be debited from your account. NPCI amount paid but till date not received.Your customwr care number is switched off. I am seeing views which is not satisfactory either deliver item within 2 days of this complaint or return my amount immediatly.

I ordered a baby pink saree order no. - #16512 of rs. 1050 but got a cheap quality blue cloth which is not even a saree. I want to return this and want to get my money back.

I have ordered 1 Grey color Silk Base Saree from Balaji Fab through Ekart vide Order No. 15174 worth rs. 1060, which was delivered on 10/01/2020 at my home address.
I would like to inform that the material is of cheap quality and the colour is totally different from what it is shown in the site. It is actually not the item of Rs. 200. even.
I called on the number 9328002290 to return the same, they are keep fooling me by saying it will be return after 2 days, we will refund your money within 1 day or in 2 days and later on within 1 hour.
Now the number is out of network and the item has not been returned so far. i have tried so many other numbers too which is given on the website but all of that are switched off. i got to know that you people are here to fool us. I have done online shopping from other websites and my experience was really good with them, but this is really a pathetic experience of mine and i never recommend any one to shop from Balaji.
Moreover, I want my money back at the earliest and if it would not done, i left with no other option to go to upper level.

If you people are unable to do so. I will launch a fraud complain on India's online shopping customer portal. Also will preach a bad image to all the people I know.
Are you playing with customer emotions. I ordered a saree of 1050/- but the product you sent me doesn't even look like of 100/-.
Also start a customer review thing below the product so that customer can know the reality of your products.
