reflexgo.myshopify.com- Order ID not generated

I placed an order for 2 Crocs items amounting to Rs.4866 and paid for it through internet banking. The amount was deducted instantaneously but the order ID has not been generated till now. I submitted a complaint at the help desk but now I cannot even access the help section. Since reflexgo.myshopify.com doesn't have any customer valid support no. nor doesn't entertain through mails, I have run out of means to raise the issue.

By PRamod on 11 Nov 20 baronialboutique-in.myshopit.com got 3 shops in sector 12 Kharghar, just beware of buying any product without having everything in writing what they are committing verbally. They will pitch you best product, with good foam, fabric and material, however, there is no authenticity or bill or warranty card. Make sure you take the quotation on their letterhead, they don't have any details on their letterhead, once you have made the payment, that letterhead with no contact info, no GST/TIN will be considered your bill. And after asking for the bill you will be asked an extra 18% GST, which was never discussed or told. Forcing to make payment in cash etc. Salespeople don't answer calls after receiving the order. NO REFUND, NO Customer Service, Poor handling of furniture once payment is made, Staff is having goon like people. they don't know customer service or how to deal with customers. Hope I could have collected enough evidence to complain in the right forum, however, I got caught in their trap.

I ordered a dining set from here, and its been more than 25 days and yet didn't get ut delivered while i was committed for 8-10 days. When tried to contact the sales person, i wasn't replied well and inspite of daily follow up i still didn't get ny product delivery. This is my worst experience of purchasing anything. Gulham named salesman is very rude and disrespectful, he don't respond you back and gives excuses when asked for the delay. They already took 10k advance from me and still act as if they aren't at fault. They don't have any guilt atall. Dont value their customers. Very very bad service. Please dont buy anything from here, there are many shops around can check there, but never ever go to this shop.
