Hi myself Deepak of sadasivpet last week Recharged a sim of 50/- of mobile number 8096834870. which is not working and cash also not got.
So pls REFUND my cash of 50/- and the idea main office in sadasivpet is not speaking PROPERLY take against him ACTION.

Us ldki ko m apni paresani Bta rha tha or wo keh rhi thi bhasad bnd kro or usne apna naam tk nhi bataya or family m tatal 3 no. Use hote h idea k. Please reply kre ki ap ki company n us ldki Pr kya action liya.

I placed an order for 2 dinner sets which summed up to $5 USD. The website accepted Master Card Credit Card payments but I tried my luck with debit card. I entered my card details and CVV but didn't get any OTP. The order remained pending. Later, 7000 INR got deduced from my account and when I opened my account on their website, I found 100s of items which I didn't order. Clearly a phishing website. I checked their reviews on google later and found that they have been reported as fraudulent websites on many forums/websites. Strict action should be taken against people who run this fraudster website and all the money should be returned to the people who got scammed.
Money got deducted the moment I entered my credit card details for the products that I didn’t order.
I tried to order a dinner set which was on discount costed $2.55 from bigideasshop.com an online shopping site. I filled all my debit card details it didn't ask for any otp confirmation and then 7thousand rupees got debited from my account. They have charged for the items i haven't even ordered. I tried reaching customer services and they have sent me a mail regarding cancellation with some links in it but none of those links were accessble. I even tried mailing them about the inaccessiblty of those links they have sent but there was no response.
