I order boat wave arcade from boat website online payment done Rs 1799- received product on 19/01/23 order id 3911918 defective product I raised a complaint they done replacement received another product again another not smart watch order id 3911918EX1 lot of struggle done send this image that image then they agree which was delivered on 21/01/23 now replace done received product order id 3911918EX1EX1 Received on 02/02/23 not working at all just 3 to 4 days happen they are saying process warranty What warranty still 4 days and i should go for warranty i need my refund third class service third class quality material not working at all again and again disconnect

I had placed order for product (BOAT Airdopes 121 V2 Wireless Earbuds Black) on 05.12.2021 for which I have also prepaid the amount and your team/site has assured and promised to send my above order by 11.12.2021. Which did not reach me on 11.12.2021 and I have been informed through an e-mail by your delivery team Shiprocket that the delivery of my above mentioned product is getting delayed. After which I waited for few days but my product was not delivered yet. After which I immediately requested your team for the delivery of the said product to the concerned site/company by informing the above matter through e-mail and requested to deliver my product as soon as possible. But you have not listened to my e-mail and when I see tracking update of my product everyday, it gets two days ahead and there is no update on it. The above act being done by you is absolutely unethical and hurting the feelings related to the service of the customer. As a result of my too many complaints last time i got a mail in which i informed that my product has been lost and for rearranged delivery or money refund i contact to your site or your's given contact number in that mail. Then i call to the given contact no. but not get any type of satisfaction.

So now it is my request to you that please rearranged the delivery of my product and please deliver the same product to me as sson as possible because it is related to my work or many other things.

I've booked boat watch xtend on 7th oct and it was supposed to be delivered by you and 10th but it's 16 now and it is getting delayed day byy day, with no cooperation and coordination by your side for prior information, please look into it ASAP

I PURCHASED MY AIRDOPS ON 25/APRIL/21 WHEN I'M TRYING TO CONNECT WITH MY PHONE ALWAYS HAVE SOME ERROR NEVER CONNECT IN THE FIRST ATTEMPT.
I NEED TO UNPIAR AND THEN AGAIN PAIR TO CONNECT AND SOMETIMES AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECT
AND RIGHT BUD SOUND IS NOT SO CLEAR AND
WHEN I M ON CALL SECOND PERSON CANT LISTEN TO MY VOICE CLEARLY, VERY DISAPPOINT WITH THE PRODUCT AS MY PRODUCT ISIN WARRANTY SO I WAN TO REPLACE MY PRODUCT

I bought a boat Airdopes 311v2 from boat official website order #34367, one of my eardope is not working at the time of delivery itself, I tried contacting for warranty, no response from customer care and no invoice was provided. Kindly pls look after this issue. It's really pitty to say as an indian company play fraud with customers who actually believe in you and buy products. At last customers are fooled. Very pitty on indian company boAt.

My product has not been delivered yet . The company is just fooling around . It has been now 4 months since the product hasn't been delivered ticket number- 1030555 .
My boat rockerz 255 headphones stopped working properly and i applied for a replacement. The product is still under warranty as i had purchased in the month of feb .When i call customer care, i get a message saying "we're sorry that we couldn't answer your call. We'll get back to you shortly." but they never call back. I've been trying to contact customer care for the past 5 days. Very poor after sale service , the company is just fooling its customers.
