Despite my repeated reminders through track my order sofar Iam not received my wizpad plus 7 tab. For which I have paid Rs.3499/- to bookmytab through debit card. There is no communication from bookmytab till date.

I ordered one WIZPad plus tab 12.4" on 28/03/2021 for rs.3499/. The status of my order/amount paid are still not communicated to me. since non availability of communication address and there is no response from the mobile no. Shown. Kindly arrange to deliver the item immediately since already 9 days completed and there is no response from your side.
We book a tablet at 28-3-2021 at book my tab site. Customer care number is switch off
And in email the email is wrong.
We also pay 3999 money but tablet not came.
Its totally fraud site.....
I want refund...
Solve the complain as soon as possible.....

I have booked my Tab on bookmytab.com with Order ID- BO27395092
I order tablet from bookmy tab.com date 14 Jan 2021 but my order not reached my address and not any msg and email for my I'd This tablet is rs3999 in debited in my account from creadit card.
Book my tab website has cheated us . That they have shown us a branded wizpad z1pro tab but we have resived a local old second handed tab. Even the company name and brand name. Even there is no return option in this website. The tab is even not get operated it as not get on till now. Where we have charged it for 1-2 hours. We've lossed3999. Please give us justice.
.I ordered a wizpad tab from book my tab website .Which cost me 3999 rupees on 10 th of December but after payment done I don't receive order id,tracking id, nothing.i try to track my order but no option was there , similarly I try to cancel my product but same thing no option was there .My money was totally wested.i don't receive tab also don't receive my money back.i try to contact them by email as well as by calling but no body replies.i don't know how to get back my money.
Payment made through Payu online of about Rs.3799.37/- for the pruchase of Wizpad S15 HD 26.72CM (10.5 Inch) Tab,but now i am not able to contact them with their custormer care no.9711434746.The Transaction id was 365571974 and it has been done on 12-Oct-2020.
I have purchased a tab on 22nd sept,2020. But today(06/10/2020) I received a demo PRATA mobile with bettary and charger. My oder no-2381594717.
placed order on 25/09/2020 with id 359046093 with frankie enterprises of amount 3699. Its been more than 10 days have not received the product . kindly take a action .

Ko humne book my tab me order kia online payment transfer hui jab 19 tarikh tak koi information nahi mili to humne coustomer care me call ki to 20/8/2020 ko morning me 7:15 par agent ne call ki aur Google pay ke thru 22000 rupey mere a/c se transfer kar li uske baad se unhone mera no block kar dia ab hum kya kare aap bataye.

I have ordered a tablet worth Rs. 3999/- on 08/08/2020 through the website bookmytab.After payment I receive a message given as,
CONFIRMED: Your Order has been successfully placed with order id 2114834930. Due to Covid 19 Pandemic there will be slight delay in dispatching orders. After few days a phone call is received by confirming through mob-8447027954 and again a phone call received few days latter to claim a TATA SAFARI as lottery after payment of Rs. 2500/-but didn't mention about the tablet I ordered.

I ordered a tab and paid 4000 online. But no response after that. Could not track my order or cancel it.
Online book tablet on sit bookmytab worth rs 3999 on 25/7/20 but not receive any mail records on mail id then I found on Google reviews about this site ,is fake kindly help in refund my money back.

Pls refund me the money
I had ordered the product with ID 2915443681. And the product given to me does not match which I ordered. The product is not in working condition and has only 1gb internal storage. So look to the site as it is fake and refund my money as soon as possible of amount Rs. 4199.00. Please take strict action on this site.
