I Dr.Girishkumar K.Gajera residing at 91, GREEN CITY,Junagadh,Gujarat.At my above residence,two BSNL landline connections ( 2630443 & 2632244) are not working since last three months. Despite several complaints and telephonic conversation with GM,Junagagh ,BSNL DEPT.,till to date, both these numbers connections are not working. I therefore request the concern authority to rectify it immediately or DISCONNECT my above connections and refund me the amount which I have paid for these dead connections.

My landline number 0674-2955585 is out of order since long. Besides my BSNL Fibre (FTTH) net speed is much slower than claimed, i.e., slower than that I got initially for first 2 months.
Kindly give justice.

There are not network of 3g bsnl.when electricity is gone network is also to be gone. That is main problem .because this problem we can not use internet services . Please solve this problem .thank you

my landline phone number 0484-2427075 is dead since march 2020 and complaint was not attended initially due to covid 19 and lockdown. but then never done anything about it.but the ren was imposed on the dead phone for months without repair.you can very hat no incoming or outgoing calls are regisered from this phone. now the complaint is not being registered.
respected sir, As i am a senior citizen and unable to continue my broadband service, i wrote a letter to divisional engineer for disconnect my broadband connection on 27-07-2020. and as per my request the broadband connection was stopped on 28-07-2020.All my dues are cleared upto july,2020. It is unfortunate to state that bsnl is still keep sending the bills for which I'm not supposed to entertain.

Before three months I complained to customer care and local exchange office but not solve my problem of my landline no06796-220100.so l refor to headoffice for solve my complaint
My landline BB no 080-28443117 has been unserviceable for the past over two months, ever since a JCB had cut the cables. Repeated complaints on ivrs has been given. Both lineman and engineer contact nos. are always switched off. Request resolve or please disconnect. Have paid my monthly bills in full without usage.
I submitted my closer of bsnl land line and broadband in 2019 .

If I inquired they say it's in process from last one and half year and they don't have any answers
My BSNL landline no: 033-24110989 is not working since May 2020 & inspite of repeated complaints no action has been taken since today. My bill is being regularly send & is paid till date, hence what will be the process of adjustment of the same.
