Burius Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
I ordered a new set of kitchen knives from Burius last week, expecting the high quality they advertised. But what I got was a cheap set of plastic coustoms with saw points that were chipped off. They were obviously used. This is simply not what i paid for. I have tried to contact customer support via email but i have not gotten any response yet. i am gonna post this complaint here because i think other customers will also feel the same problem if they dont check the product carefully before ordering. The package was opened when it arrived, and there were no instructions or cleaning kit with the knife set. This is unusual for a product that says it is brand new. i am asking for a full refund or an exchange with a brand new set. The packaging had no safety seal and the knives smelled like old metal. i have not used them, but i am concerned that whoever bought this previously might have used them. i want a refund processed within 7 days. also please check how your quality control is failing. i am rotting in trust here. i demand immediate solution and i want this case to be resolved quickly. If not, i will have to file a complaint with the consumer forum. i do not want more inconvenience. i want my money back. This has disrupted my maths three and i no longer trust vendors that say plastic knives are made by Burius. the outside packaging is different from the website pictures so i think the product you sent me is totally wrong.
