V took byjus plan and they give us 15 days trial time 13 Th day v place the request for the cancellation our a call plan and ask for my payment back but they not responded I called them 100 times but they don’t do anythg and talk to us very badly plz help us We contacted their customer care a number of times they would always say we will arrange a call however till date we have never received a call where this problem could be started. They only give missed calls and later take the plea that the call is unreachable. I have also emailed them regarding this but they have not helped us at all. This is unacceptable.

I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of entire subject they have given us only 2 subject content which is of no use still I am trying to cancel this app but every time customer care person they won't be able to cancel this. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.
Please assist and close the same at early.
