Dear sir/ Madam

Both transaction ( NEFT &IMPS ) from HDFC to canara bank was not credited to the beneficiary but amount deducted from my account. HDFC has informed t was successful and beneficiary has to check the banker.,
The beneficiary has confirmed many times that it was not credited and not in a position to visit bank.

Can someone advice me what is the right platform to address and resolve this issue ..

I WITHDRAW THE 5000/- RUPEES FROM THE ATM OF IDBI BANK HAJIPUR VAISHALI ON 11TH JUNE'20.BUT I DID NOT GET THE AMOUNT FROM THAT ATM AND THAT AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT. WHEN I DISCUSS FOR THIS MATTER IN MY ACCOUNT BRANCH AT DAULATPUR CHANDI,HAJIPUR VAISHALI. THEN THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID TO ME IT WILL BE RETURNED IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITH IN 2-3 DAYS.BUT AFTER A WEEK I WILL DISCUSS AGAIN IN BRANCH,THEN BRANCH MANAGER SAID,IT IS YOUR RESPONSE.

SO KINDLY HELP ME WHAT IS STATUS OF THIS CASE.
