Citly Foods Limited and Its directors & Promotors (Rahul Fernandez) borrowed money and never returned. This seems to be his regular practice. Now Court has issued NBW for him but he is continue to ignore Court notice and summons. Civil Suit filed against Citly Foods Ltd but there is no response for Court summons / notice. This is very clear cheating / fraud behaviour. This should be dealt with strict action so that these kind of people should learn a good lesson and many more innocent people like me can be saved from fraud.
