hi, I m Rashmi Soni from Ahmedabad , I ordered one super peach colour stylish orgenza saree from classicate sarees which is directly bought from Instagram on 3rd Feb 2020 without sign in or login in site ...I was also received a text from classicate to confirm the order on the same day and I also confirmed it and the saree was received by me on 7th Feb 2020 thereafter I don't like the material and it didn't look like in photograph so I decided to return it but I can't find the process to return the saree without login into site. Thereafter I was also sent a message on the same number for help to return the saree but I don't receive any message from that number till date and that's why I m sending you this return request for saree which bought by me along with the bill which is received with the parcel of saree . I will request you to do the needful n refund me back also. After receiving your reply to my mail I m send you the bank account details . please do it expeditiously as possible.
I trusted your product very much while ordering it but the saree is one of the cheapest quality I have ever seen .It's not even worth the price I got it for .It's even defective piece ,I have no idea how to return it.As I have already called the number so many times it says switched off everytime .It feels like a fraud to me .Plz help me out because the mail you served on website is unavailable .Looking forward for your reply.Thank you.
I have ordered 2 saree from their site and received 21st feb 20. But i am really not satisfied with fabric and colour is too different. I tried their phone number and drop them also regarding return but no response. I highly disappointed without their service and DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE.

I received the 2 saris as per my order. In one of the saris the length of sari was less and in the other it was poor material and the sari looked like a cloth from a roll. No one picks the phone and answers the email. I even gave a bad review in their fb page
I have placed order on classicatesarees.com, order #8765 COD and it was delivered on 16th February 2020. I have paid the amount and I was not satisfied with material of saree and I tried to return from website.
There is payment status pending though I have paid full amount of Rs. 999 and Customer care number given in the website is always busy and email I am trying to do which gives me Failed mail delivery error as this email address is not exists.
Kindly help me to get back my money from this website.
