I had ordered one watch and bracelet at 1499 and they delivered me the wrong product and bracelet is missing.. trying to contact them since last 3 days via email not one is responding plus their website doesn't have any customer care number

they are not delivering the product i am trying to connect them but they are not picking up the call what will i do i am not understanding i have paid them 2400 rs but they are also not refunding the money
