Delhi Development Authority(DDA) Complaints Reviews Customer Care Number
It is submitted that water connection no. 84093 was issued on 3.04.2017 for the subject flat ( purchased by me on 14.05.2012 from DDA).
Today I am surprised to see the water bill No. 909539 dated 30.07.2022 for Rs.14543 (bill attached) issued for the above-mentioned flat which is vacant since allotment and also No meter has been installed there till date. As the flat is locked and nobody is living there, I could not receive any communication in this regard. Now when I came to know from residents of that area regarding the water bill, it is was really surprising for me that how the bill is issued for zero water reading.
Sir, as I am not residing there in the above-mentioned flat and have also not installed a water meter so far I request you to kindly waive the water bill charges and arrange to issue the amended bill.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly do the needful at the earliest.
This is regarding the incorrect bill that has been generated by dda.There is no meter reading mentioned on the bill, it seems like they are randomly picking a figure and charging it to the consumers. In this era where Delhi government has given excessive leeway on water bills DDA is still charging unnecessary amount from us.We do not have any problem in paying amount for the consumption but there has to be valid data for it.This is not acceptable
