Delivery person is opposed to deliver the goods and replied, He's not going to deliver any goods further to my name without any proper explanation.
I have ordered a product that should be delivered by dtdc courier..the tracking is showing in karimnagar city.it is there only since 7 days..no further move or update of the order.there is very neglected and rude behaviour of dtdc office members if i call them.the product should be delivered to jagitial which is 50 km from Karimnagar.the adress should be delivered to TO,

I booked a document from Kaushambi Ghaziabad to Bakhtiyarpur PATNA ON dated 28/09/2020 and DTDC person commitment 4-5 days the delivery but after 5 days not shown in tracking after call that person he intimated that packet in misroute but actually they not sent courier. They book on 3d of Oct 20 and till now 12 oct 20 at 6.00 courier not delivered at destination. We incurred lot of losses like some person tracking at patna some person at Barh branch .My wife's college document inside and result one railway ticket cancel and not got admission due to documents.

I have sent a very important documents via DTDC courier as on 29 SEP 2020 to Andal Paschim bardhman west bengal 713321.
But delayed in posting and after receiving in durgapur branch on 01-10-2020 I couldn't rcv the same till now.
During query through the given number in site.all centres talked in a bad manner.durgapurbranch,andal branch and in Raniganj Punjabi more nodal point.mr krishna Burman also mis behaved to us.kindly see the matter.

Didn't receive any product at a time
I would bring to your notice that, on 16th September 2020 I have booked a delivery to Tamilnadu . Looking at the valuable item to be dispatched, DTDC personnel, Ajay & Akash visited my place to collect the item. The packaging was done at your end.
To ensure a secured and sound delivery of the goods, I opted for the insurance.
To my dismay, the consignment delivery was delayed by 3 days. On top of that, there has been huge damage done to the product. DTDC is a trusted Brand known for speed and quality deliveries. It isn’t expected from an esteemed brand to make such deliveries.
Henceforth, I seek the reimbursement/ the settlement amount for the damage caused to the good. As per the Insurance claim whatever I am entitled to.

I will purchased a Wi-Fi security camera from Amazon app on 30 July, parcel shifted to DTDC for delivery but the parcel not delivered and current status of parcel is showing, it is delivered on 7th Aug but I don't received till now.
Myself Sarthak Mittal, use to work with Saurabh Tiwari, who have a franchisee of DTDC Courier in Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi-110096 because is was my nearest active courier service. Now I moved from Vasundhara Enclave to Noida so I stop using his services. Generally my company send medicines to different cities from his courier service. So now he is harassing me by not delivering my stuck couriers and using abusing language to me on call when I called him and asked why he is not delivering my couriers. I have an Ayurvedic pharmacy company who provides medicines for diabetes so 6-7 couriers are stuck from his end from last one month and now he is using abusing language and denies that he won’t deliver them and saying “ JO UKHADNA HAI UKHAAD LE MAIN DELIVER NAHI KARWAUNGA INKO”. Request you to kindly file a complaint against such an unhealthy behaviour through customer and services. He also abused me. Please file.

One product come to kolkata-14to Habra 743263 and the consigment no is K35038478. But your agent call me and said that they are not deliver the produt to my address,and their behaviour is so bad and they charge for it 70 rs .So do the needful and give me a feed back.

Hi,
I had booked a courier on 15th June booked courier hasnt reached till date to Hyderabad. Everyday there are false promises given that the delivery would happen today in morning or evening and next day again a false promise but nothing gets transpired out of it.
Can someone look into it and help me pls. It is urgent
