I made payment for JBL Charge 3 bluetooth speaker online through PayUmoney details as below

I have ordered a JBL Bluetooth speaker on 20th March 2020, under 1499 . I have done the payment via debit card . My payment id is 309696561 and my product order id is 2399357080. But there is no information about the product and the company not take the call. Also my account is not opening so that track the order. I think company cheat with me. Please take action against the company or look forward about the order otherwise company should refund the money back my account.
The headphones I ordered were from Sony company.I got the headphones wrong
