I had ordered a product based on the advertisement shown on ezeekart website where JBL wireless headphones and JBL Bluetooth earbuds combo were offered at Rs.1899.
Based on the above offer I have placed my order and received it too. But I didn't get what was offered at the time of placing the order. I was given some unbranded wired headphone and no earbuds were given which is totally different from what I had ordered.
I have attached you what I had ordered and what I have received actually.
I have been trying to call ezeekart customer service number to return the product and claim my refund, but the executive who picked up the call said he will make the refund through UPI google pay and for that he forwarded a msg and asked me to forward it on some random number through my google pay number, and later on he started asking me for UPI Pin of google pay... I gave him the same and after some time when he found out that my account has nil balance he said he can't give the refund and he disconnected my call. I have done all the recordings of the call.

Hi I ordered a Bluetooth headset, I made netbenking. I don't find I sippment tracking so that I go for customer service thay give me a form to refund amount. Please kindly read the form.,it mentions UPI pin so I asked the customer care he is not able to answer and cutoff the phone, after that he is not lifting my phone.
