Hi I am Sonu Agarwal. I have ordered a necklace(rs 585) from my another number +9170016 69879 at fcity.in and i got bad product. I wanted to return the product and called fcity customer care at +919883251810 but he started asking all my bank details,password and he has purchased something online and asked me to click the pay button which would have deduct my 4000 balance in the account. He is a fraud and he has abused me a lot . Hence I am writing a police complaint against him.
I ordered insta 360 one r twin edition but the product was a cheap headset worth 100. I asked for refund they didn't respond????

I ordered a dress from fcity and then returned it because of some size issue they picked up the order and the gave the new dress but the packet having some parts of dress missing. So I returned it again but till now my parcel hasn't arrived and I'm not even replied.
