Given wrong product.Few days ago I ordered a light gree color party wear saree Rs.899 only . Today I receive order but this order product is not same, I receive a sky color jorzed very low quality saree. l am very disappointed in this matter.Please look in to this matter.
I ordered a red lehenga and this website send me wrong cheap poor quality product worth Rs1550 . I contacted their customer care through email. They send me mail (on behalf of Fenil Shah from feskur.com) mentioning that they cannot refund my money but they transferred this money in purnoss.com ‘s e-wallet and told me that I can purchase from it. This purnoss.com is again a fake website. In total do not trust these websites , it took my money and send absolutely wrong product. Kindly take a strict action against this fake fraud website feskur.com

I purchased one kurta from Fesku.com worth Rs. 1000 of Small size and in the description it was written that the product quality is cotton but when I received the product it was of extra large size and the fabric was not at all cotton it was very cheap looking fabric and the neckline was also not the same as shown in the image.
When I asked them that i want to return then they said I have to courier the product to their address and the money will be credit to my Feskur wallet and not in my bank account. It is very annoying because i paid cash on delivery and now they are refusing to send my money to my bank account.
Please help me get back my money.

I have ordered 2 kurtis from feskur.com and paid 2298 rupees. They delivered me 2 very cheap and different kurtis which is not a photo show .when i called on customer care number which i found from Google ,he asked me upi details for deducting money .but i am already withdraw whole money previously ,so i could saved from him ,i have done recording .after sometime he knows that i understood everything then he is blocked my no.after switch off his phone .i had also e-mail to that care.feskur@gmail.com but no response given , irresponsible service to customer.this is a very big gang who is doing all this frauds.feskur.com provide a no.which is only ringing or switch off then i searched on Google for feskur .com customer care number.....plz refund my money ....2298,my money back plz.....
