I MD Masoom,did not get the parcel which I had ordered. Now I would like to return this if it possible. And send me which I had ordered it.
The product is totally different.
Wrong products send and not receive calls & refund
You gave wrong parcel. Now not giving back.so now give our parcel and take back this wrong. We are also complaining about the person of the compqny.
Fake product received from this site and they didnt refund my money back . They block their contact number . They show image of dress n send another dress to the customers .
I have ordered a gown from this factory but it was not that Which I have ordered so I want to return this parcel, please take ur product back and return my money.i will be thankful.
Actually I have ordered lehghna and totally different package containing black saree is delivered to me . And from that day today is 15th day and no response I have received from the fiza factory's executive number .... really I think this company use to cheat their customers after taking money.....I want my money back and want to return that saree which is of no use to me...but unfortunately no reply is received.....I have called on all the customer care number provided online.i m now fed up.so I wanted hard steps should be taken against this kind of poor services
This company not refunded my money,after 15 days.

Sir, Regarding AWB #:141123192027654 today item delivered with a simple and damaged saree instead of my ordered classic partywear lehenga choli and I paid Rs1199/- as COD. Now I want my ordered item only otherwise legal action will be initiated against company.Do The needful.thnks
