i have ordered motorola one fusion plus on cash on delivery so i used to pay merchant when order cam via google pay and money deducted from my account (paytm payment bank) but money didn't get to merchant so i didn't det delivery
I bought new laptop it was delivered on 12th June same day I put return request after that i recieved many calls technician will come and check till date no one has come my problem is same I paid full amount for new product to work online from home this covid period. Now Flipkart has close the return request.
My problm is still same I mailed today these Id cs@flipkart.com, vendor@flipkart.com, business@flipkart.com, but these id's not working their customer care no not helping .
I have ordered stunt car from flipkart @ Rs. 1236, they have delivered damaged & defective product so i requested them fir return & refund but without pick up they every time closes my return request & ask me to any apply for return.
Now the return window is closed so now customer care is not picking up call & they have blocked my account because I pointed them on delivery faulty product repeatedly & not doing return & refund neither giving call to customer.
I have their last recording on my return & refund issue, if required I can upload it even.

I had ordered mobile phone vivo z1 pro from Flipkart on 9th aug 2019.my order no is OD116218564457466000, it was been promised delivery by 10th aug. since I didn’t receive on 10 I called their customer care and raised complaint, resolution given was to wait till 15 aug as logistics dept had goofed up delivery.
I waited till 15 aug and called on 16 morning so they told today delivery will happen by 7 pm.
But on 16 also no delivery so a week has passed by but other than stress I didn’t get anything.
I had paid full amount on 9 aug itself.
Request you to help me in getting my product and lodging a fraud case on Flipkart.

I have ordered a mobile on 28th July from flipkart and choosed payment option as EMI no cost from credit card, They deducted the payment and after two days the product will delever as shown in my order section.
But two days later they removed the order details from my order section. When I called and asked about the product , they took time for 72 hours, after 72 hours, they again took time for 48 hours, and after 48/hours they mail us for the bank details as they said that they will refund within 24 hours , now its been 12 days and they are still not refund payment, and my credit card bill generated including the amount of EMI. which I have to pay, Flipkart in not responding properly. And said the problem is from seller, I respond that we dont know about the seller , we ordered from flipkart not with seller,
Also when I said that I will complaint against this , they said yes you can do.
Kindly help us ,
