Dear Concerned,
My child ( 3.10 months) was playing in the fun factory on 24th June 2019,during approx 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm... during the playtime he met with an accident and fractured his right hand arm. the doctor has told us a 4 week fracture post which the plaster will be removed.
My complaint points:
1. sheer ignorance on kids playing around a staff of 18 - 20+ staff.
2. the email is the company shares is of Chandigarh despite operations in gurgaon.
3. the training and safety certificate is on question since a grave medical injury took place in a known kids play zone.
4. non - cooperative staff and owner who gives a dam for a worried mom.
5. business minded people who does not think to change their way of working for the safety and goodwill of children.
6. i got a cctv footage today ( 27th June) upon running after them and threatening them of complaint. the footage also doesn't clearly show any clue as to how did this happen.
right now when i wish to see the other angels of cctv, the manager has left and says she will meet me after 1 hour.
My expectations? -- to review this place for children safety and legality of their operations.
i would not like any other mother to go through this trauma and unethical behavior of the manager, owners and in sensitive approach to humanity above their business.
