I have purchased one remote control car of Rs.569/- on 27th June 2022 but not even received a single message or any other update regarding delivery but while I have done payment I have taken the screenshot and my order no. Is 1236,not even a single confirmation message is received till now.
I have done UPI from my Google pay account
Plz look into the matter or do help me so that I can receive my money back.
