I have ordered kids helicopter on March 2020 (Order number #1765) which is still not delivered and there is no feedback on the order. even website is not operational since March 2020 end.

I have ordered a Blackhawk RC Helicopter from Getmybuy online shopping site for sum of Rs899/- and the same has been paid through online on 20 March 2020.

However, the item has not been received nor trace out till date.

Please can you help me, if possible.
