Sir, As i make an online order of an 2 JBL Speaker with which an airpods is been attached for an price of 2998 and i made that order on 24/11/2019 10:50am and the mode of payment is from PayTm which is already paid after 2-3 days I didn't get any details about the product an I can't be able to login there(company) website then i make an search about the company and they seem to be fake So, as i want ti make an complaint about that and requesting you to take an strict action.

I have ordered JBL flip3 and Tws speaker combo and I received one China speaker. There is no option to call them back. I have paid Rs.1899 and I got very disappointment when I open it. The delivery boy told he is new to this job and gave some number to call picklr guys. But no one attending my call. Could anyone directs me how to get refund for this?
