Actually my concern is that,i was booked a bus through you company goibibo (kalpana bus service) it was on 2nd of oct. The boarding time from rk ashram at 10 pm on 2nd of oct.
In the same day at 04 pm kalpana bus service was told me that bus was cancil.and your refund was initiated 24 to 36 hours in your bank account.
So the issue is that i could not got my money back.i also mail your support team and regular contact with kalapana bus service they could not help me in this matter and goibigo not take serious in this matter.
Your service was very poor infect passenger waiting for his refund which kind of service you are providing to your passengers.
I request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.
I also send my travel details to you mail id. I cant book my ticket in your esteemed company (goibibo) in future.

Please proceed the refund, as spicejet confirmed that they had refunded to the booking agent ID : DELIP67490 and still i had not received the refund for below mentioned PNR:

I made a booking which the hotel says that we don’t have gave your name. The payment is deducted and they do not have a single customer care to talk to. Only automated machines.
I made a booking on 11sep 2020 and the amount got deducted but when I called the hotel they do not have my booking and I am trying to reach go ibibo customer care but they do not have a single person to help. All they have is an automatic reply and automated machines.
I have not received refund. The customer care number and auto answer mechanism are not giving befitting answer. In their app showing payment made to my bank. But not answer my query about reference number.
Please help.
I have booked flight ticket through goibibo from Chicago to mumbai in Lufthansa airlines the flight was cancelled by airlines and it will be refunded to goibibo but goibibo is not refund the money to me there is no any contacts number and email address what can I do
I had made a OYO booking on goibibo for which i was denied accomdation and Goibibo did not provide any assistance despite having problem form their side. They did not have courtesy to call back or apologise. Besides all these tantrums they still havent initiated my refund nor are they responding to my mails.
