28 Nov 22 The gtpl broadband service man took the whole amount of rs. 5500 in advance and not coming to put the connection of broadband since last three days. Not even answering to my phone calls .. or else ask him to refund me the amount of rs. 5500

27 Dec 19 Had pay 5500 rs one year charge on 9th December 2019 but still not get internet connection . Sells executive named Naresh Chauhan who promised to done installation in 2-3 days not responding calls continuously from last 15 days. Filled complain 3 to 4 time to costumer care executive and mailed every detail two time.
