I bought a lamp from Haritu Trading Private Limited last week, but the product arrived in damaged condition. The lamp was covered in scratches and had a crack on the base. I was promised a new or refund within 48 hours but no response. I can not imagine how a product is sold new if it looks used. I sent a photo to your customer support and they said they will check it out. I did not get any call back from them after a week. My order number is HTP12345 and the product description said it was brand new. You know that used product should not be sold to customers. I feel cheated and I think we should cancel this transaction. This is a bigger problem for the entire business. I need a full refund or a replacement right now. You have to take responsibility for your product. I will not do the return math. Everyone in my circle has heard about Haritu Trading, and I don't want to share negative experiences with others. I want to be appeased right away. I am ready to cancel the purchase and wait for a refund if you re step or give a solution. The service is very bad I expect them to greet to act more responsibly.
