Worst fastag & customer services i have facing still today.
I am facing issue when my fastag was blacklist by hdfc bank. After submit request and more than 6 call to customer care even my fastag blacklist was not removed or whitelisted.
You need to know, we are paying you for service and you are not working for free. Just do your work, today is 7th day, still my fast tag was blacklisted.
Every time i call, they create new complaint and say your problem will solved in 2 working days. They didn't have any record, when i logged the complain.
Every time saying after 2 days your problem will solved today week is over and i have call them more than 6 time for status of fastag.
They didn't care about customer.
HDFC fastag need minimum 200/- balance or they will block your fastag.
And Saturday Sunday was off.
Then they will tell you, call back on Monday - your complaint will be solved on Thursday.
Think that if 10 crore people take service, from minimum balance they will earn 2000 crore. if 1 rs also less they will block fastag.
I am frustrated from them.

My account has been kept deduct with rupees 3000 without any reason as per RBI guidelines where should no charge be applied from march 1st to 31st august 2020 for a other services.
The whole India is going to the crisis of covid-19 which has created financial problems for all of us kindly do not apply such charges to create unwanted problems for me.
Kindly refund the amount of rupees 3000 as soon as possible

A girl (ekta )called me for personal loan on behalf of hdfc bank. She said mam we can provide you personal loan. I confirmed with her 10 times that are you sure that you can provide me loan amount, she said yes I am damn sure I am giving you 100% surety and she collected documents from me (adhar card, bank statement, payslip,pancard,photo). After that she called me 2-3 days for follow up but when I called her back that when it will be done but now she is not answering my calls intentionally and reading my whatsapp messages but not replying.

I have been using the credit card no. 4893-7724-0080-5319, name of surjit singh dua.the concern is i am using the card from last 10 years and i have paid all the bills and dues on time but because of financial reasons my last billed was skiped that was around 5700 only . i am getting around 30 calls on daily basis i already told them i will clear my all the billed amount in next week but still i am harassing by the call center with 30 calls on daily basis. more ever yesterday i got a call from 9878585731 from 15 times and he said i am calling from hdfc bank and rather you pay your bill on today otherwise ghar se maar k le k aaunga and teri jeb mein paise hai teri aukat hai kya ya ,tu meri compalined kya karega i am the manager here he is having every record of my outgoing calls as well today he called to my outgoing no's and said ki sale ko samcha do and abused them like anything ,
you guys are spoling my reputation making 30 calls daily now he is calling on my personal contacts i dont know from where he is getting the data but i will not tolerate any more . kindly stop this practice otherwise i will take legal action and go to the rbi and ombudsman.
this is my request to take this matter on serious note i am mentally harass by hdfc bank i will take every step to prevent my self respect otherwise i am just fed up and harrsing by you on daily basis kindly write down the no.s from me and my friend and relatives are getting calls
