I was ordered a mobile phone Motorola MotoG 2nd generation on 1st October 2022,Ordered no:65147 amount Rs 5890/- which payment was done by me on sameday and on their website show me the item was delivered to me 5 working days but still date I m not recieve any update of my ordered product and their agents not give me positive answers when I was call them,they told me will update you after 10mins but no update they send me ,some agents are laughing on me when I was asking for my product,and when I was asking them on WhatsApp for my product they not respond and when I was telling them if they can’t give me my ordered .product then refund my money then they denied for refund,So I m requesting to you for refund my money or give my ordered product by 2-3 days

I have booked laptop from hi laptop.com 51158 and full amount Rs31999 The web site showing that item is available and will be delivered within 5 working days, accordingly I have paid full online payment. After 5 days I have confirmed from said web site regarding said item, but they confirmed that the your item is not available in our stores after contacting 25 to 30 times call. So further I have cancelled my order and requested for refunding amount. However, they are giving to me misguide through emai.
