0124 662 8888I have perchaged my mobile phone VIVO Y15 finenced by Home Credit.I have deposit my all
5 EMI out of 6 on timely.At the time of perchasiy information given by Home Credit that if you diposit all emi timely then in last emi we will give discount (safe pay).
From last 2 month I had tried to contact with customer care but they replied that due to covid we are unable to provide customer care.Last week I got customer care online contact (chatting) number from mobile shop.when I informed regarding this safe pay cancellation they told me that this service can be apply 30 days before last EMI date and they denied to cancelle safe pay while this type of information not given by Home credit agent at the time of purchase and no any massage recieved from Home Credit.
