Mortoriam application rejection of August . Three times cheque bounce but no any information & any mail or message from bank.
I paid the bouncing charges Rs 1500/ .
My cibil core dameged.
Complaint sent to 12 times to customer care , nei & rbmumbai@rbi.org.
After many reminder no response & extra charges apply to me for August emi bounce.
They have deducted illegally some amount from the account
Mera nam vinod panchal h. Mughe icici karmachari ratlam (m. P.) dwara credit ka k liye apply kiya gaya tha. Credit card mughe 6/03/2020 ko by post sailana se prapt huaa. Lekin card activate 21/02/2020 ko hi kr diya gaya. Aur mughe credit card payment kaise kare sambandhi koi jankari nahi di gai. Lockdown k darmiyan 16/04/2020 ko icici karmachari ka phon aaya ki aapka credit card bill 14386 shesh h. Mene unse kaha payment kaise karna h to unhone bola icici ki imobile download se karde. Mene 16/04/2020ko hi payment kr diya.. Phir mese shesh amount ka bhugatabn b 02/05/2020 ko 13049 ka kar diya jo mere dwara credit card se pArches kiya gaya tha. Kintu mere cridit card me panlty charges lagake shesh amount 2462 bataya. To mene karmchari se bat ki tab unhone aashwasan diya k aapke charges nil kar diye jave ge abhi Mumbai melockdown h ye kam vahi se hoga. Mere dwara kai bar costumer care pr bat karna chai tab jun me bT huee. Tab unhone kaha charges dene honge. Aur charges pe charges lagakr aaj dinank tak 4529 ho gaye. Ab wo mughe mansik pareshan kr rahe h extra charges lagakar. wo b lockdown k samay me. Meri problem solve kare. Thanks.
I have requested for my credit card settlement which was approved for Rs.29000. I paid an amount of Rs.20000 and due to some crisis the remaining amount was unpaid. Now they have marked my Icici salary account lien of Rs.45000. Please get this sorted.
BANK HAS OVERCHARGED THE LOAN AMOUNT BY WRONG CALCULATIONS IN THE ACCOUNT.
Mujhe bataya gaya tha ki mera demat account lifetime free hai, koi AMC nei hai but 29th July ko mere bank account se AMC deduct kar dia.
