My credit note amount of ?500 is pending. I was told by the cashier on 15-03-2021 to buy something of this amount within 60 days but now the iconic store is closed in pune and it has been 4 months i still haven’t received my amount.
The customer care of iconic are not answering and they’re also not replying to the mail, I’ve mailed atleast 4-5 times and called for 10-20 times, still there is no reply from their side.
