I have ordered a dress of 599 along with delivery if is of 748.but the delivered dress is different and os very cheap quality.

This is a online fraud company we have order 2 pair or kurti on Instakuri but i didn't received any type of the kurti. the total price of the kurtis are 1499 and i have purchased them before 3 weeks but still i didn't received the kurtis now i am trying to connect with them they are unreachable right now what will i do please help me
