I want to return my product because I ordered combo product but I got Jbl product so I want to return my item so take the order back and refund my money

After tracking the shipment I had called to the delivery boy but on that day he refused to deliver the shipment. Next day he was on leave and when on 3rd day I called him and ask to deliver then ge replied that my shipment has been returned to SFSL.

The product is received in damage condition. After receiving this product, I will talk to RTO telephone no, the person take the call and talk to me this time covid-19 after covid -19 the product will be return.
This is not fare, i will pay Rs.1398/- for this product. Pl. return the money immediately it is my request.

I was purcahse a jbl handsfree via paytm on dated 08/10/2018 and handsfree not work properly so i was contact to them customer care on dated 07/10/2019 (becasue of 5&6 is public holiday) but they told that your product is out of warranty then they will not replace my product.
