I am Mridul Ali from Ujankuri Muslimpara, Hajo , Assam . We have face lots of problems for jio network. We recharge jio 4g voucher but network is 2g speed. Why ? If u cannot give 4g speed internet than off the jio company.
We had placed order of groceries on JIO Matt app on 16th Aug from registered number 9818155471. Till date there is no confirmation on order status.Please help

Voice service on my jio mobile number 8887630324 has been discontinued since 16 September 2019 with subsequent warning of violation of terms and conditions. But there is no clear terms and conditions that how many calls one can make.
Bina suchna ke outgoings call band kar di jati hai or recharge kebal 11 days hai chalta hai to esi subdh se kiya laabh hai mera mobile number 7906969769 hai jo kuch manth se proper call nahi kar raha hai.
Sir I recharged my mobile no with jio application. I chose recharge 399 pack. But my account debit from the amount 7294. I called jio customer care but they did not accepted my request of refund. I want my money back plz help me.
